'Govt needs 2 years to resolve energy crisis'
Bangladesh, Aug. 20 -- The government may require eighteen months to two years to resolve the ongoing energy crisis and equip the power and fuel sector to support a productive economy, State Minister for Planning Zonayed Abdur Rahim Saki stated on Wednesday.
Addressing reporters following an ECNEC meeting, the state minister highlighted the energy sector as a critical priority, emphasizing that national progress remains stalled without addressing its core vulnerabilities.
