Kathua, June 20 -- In a significant administrative action, the District Police Headquarters (DPH) Kathua has disengaged a Special Police Officer (SPO) from service over allegations of involvement in immoral and corrupt practices, accumulation of assets through questionable means, and unauthorized absence from duty.

According to an official order issued by the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kathua, SPO Rishi Sharma (198/SPO), son of Joginder Paul, a resident of Keerian, Kathua, was found allegedly involved in immoral and corrupt activities based on information received from the District Special Branch, Kathua.
