Doda, May 3 -- The District Magistrate Doda, Krishan Lal, on Sunday imposed restrictions under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), banning unauthorized gatherings in several areas of the district to maintain public order and safety.

According to an order issued by the Office of the District Magistrate Doda as per news agency JKNS, it was observed that some individuals were planning demonstrations and attempting to mobilize gatherings, raising apprehensions of untoward incidents that could disturb public peace and tranquility.
