Awantipora, June 5 -- Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president and former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Friday visited the AIIMS Awantipora project site to assess the progress of work and interact with officials associated with the prestigious healthcare institution.

Mehbooba Mufti was accompanied by MLA Tral Rafiq Ahmad Naik and MLA Pulwama Waheed-ur-Rehman Parra during the visit.

The PDP delegation reviewed the status of construction and engaged with the concerned agencies overseeing execution of the project.
