J&K's digital jobs push needs a verification receipt before trust breaks
Jammu & Kashmir, Aug. 29 -- Jammu and Kashmir is asking more young people to learn, apply, register, certify, and search for opportunities online. That creates access. It also creates a basic trust problem: a candidate can receive a professional-looking recruitment message and still have no quick way to know whether the opportunity is genuine.
That problem became concrete on August 27, when The Kashmir Pulse reported that Jammu and Kashmir Police had warned job seekers about fake recruitment processes, suspicious verification requests, identity-collection tactics, instant selection offers, and messages that create pressure to act quickly.
