Yatra Movement To Depend On Weather: Div Com
Srinagar, July 27 -- Srinagar- Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Anshul Garg on Monday said the annual Amarnath Yatra will continue to be regulated strictly on the basis of weather conditions and the status of the pilgrimage tracks, even as the number of pilgrims who have paid obeisance at the Holy Cave Shrine crossed 4.22 lakh.
Addressing reporters, Garg said over 4.22 lakh devotees had visited the shrine till Monday afternoon, while the pilgrimage was proceeding smoothly through the Baltal route.
