Srinagar, Aug. 15 -- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah unfurled the Tricolour at Bakshi Stadium in Srinagar on the occasion of the 80th Independence Day and addressed the gathering.
In his address, Omar reiterated his government's commitment to the restoration of Jammu and Kashmir's statehood and constitutional guarantees, while stressing the importance of democracy, federalism, development and public trust.
