Srinagar, May 11 -- Tanzeela, a Master's student from the Dal Lake area in Srinagar, is working to preserve Kashmir's traditional craft of weaving eco-friendly wagu mats made from reed grass.
While pursuing her studies at the University of Kashmir, she continues to practice and promote the age-old craft, balancing academics with cultural preservation.
Through her work, Tanzeela hopes to keep Kashmir's handmade traditions and heritage alive for future generations.
