Srinagar, Sept. 1 -- J&K Apni Party President and former Finance Minister Syed Muhammad Altaf Bukhari has raised concerns over the reported shifting of the J&K Bank headquarters, questioning the move along with the bank's lending pattern, recruitment policy and representation on its Board.
