Srinagar, April 7 -- Srinagar- Observing that substance abuse is destroying the lives of young boys and girls, a Special Court in Srinagar on Wednesday rejected the bail application of an accused allegedly involved in a drug trafficking network linked to the recovery of a commercial quantity of banned narcotic substances.

The Court of Special Judge (NDPS Cases) Srinagar Vinod Kumar rejected bail plea filed by the accused, Muzaffar Ahmad Bhat, in connection with FIR No. 45/2023 registered at Police Station Chanapora under provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
