Srinagar Records 28.4degC; Rain Forecast This Week
Srinagar, May 31 -- Srinagar- Most parts of Jammu and Kashmir witnessed normal weather conditions on Sunday, though temperatures in several areas remained above seasonal averages, according to the Meteorological Department.
Srinagar recorded a maximum temperature of 28.4 degrees Celsius, which was around 2.4 degrees above normal for this time of the year. The warmer conditions were also reflected in other parts of the Valley, including tourist destinations.
Gulmarg recorded a maximum temperature of 20.2 degrees Celsius, which was 3.4 degrees above normal, the weather office said.
