Srinagar, Aug. 20 -- Sopore- Police have arrested the second accused in a case involving the alleged impersonation of police officials and extortion, completing the arrests in FIR No. 194/2026.

The first accused was arrested on August 7 for allegedly posing as a police official and extorting money from a complainant. Police had since been searching for his alleged accomplice.

With the latest arrest, both accused in the case are now in custody.

Further investigation is underway.
