Srinagar, Sept. 26 -- Srinagar- The Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) has announced a scheduled power shutdown in several areas of Srinagar on September 30.

According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, power supply will remain affected from 8 am to 2 pm due to the scheduled shutdown of the 33 kV Airforce line.

The affected areas include Peerbagh, Cooperative Colony, Jeelanabad, Hyderpora, Nadru, Police Headquarters, Airport, Sheikhpora, Friends Colony, Humhama Heights and Tawheed Bagh, besides adjoining areas.

Similarly, power supply in several areas of Sopore will remain affected on September 29 from 8 am to 2 pm due to the scheduled shutdown of the 33 kV Delina line.
