Srinagar, July 16 -- Srinagar- In a significant development in the investigation into an alleged Pakistan-backed narco-terror network, a Special NIA Court has ordered the framing of charges against 10 accused in a case involving the financing of terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir through proceeds generated from cross-border narcotics smuggling.

According to the State Investigation Agency (SIA), the order paves the way for the commencement of trial in FIR No. 19/2022 registered at Police Station SIA Kashmir.
