Srinagar, June 13 -- Srinagar- Advisor to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, Nasir Aslam Wani, on Saturday called for the revival of the apex committee constituted to oversee the return and rehabilitation of displaced Kashmiri Pandits, saying the time has come to evolve a roadmap for their safe and dignified return to the Valley.

Addressing a conclave organised by overseas Kashmiri Pandits in Srinagar, Wani said dialogue and sustained engagement between representatives of the community and the government were essential to finding a lasting solution.

"This conclave is fine, but beyond it, we have to sit together and talk. Some representatives from your side and some from our side will have to talk to each other and find a way," Wani said.
