Srinagar, May 8 -- Srinagar- The High Court of J&K and Ladakh on Friday dismissed a bail application filed by two accused facing trial in a 2020 murder conspiracy case registered in Uri Baramulla.

A bench of Justice Sanjay Dhar passed the order while rejecting Bail Application filed by B A Abbasi and another accused, who are facing trial under Sections 302 and 120-B IPC before the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Baramulla.

According to the prosecution, on January 24, 2020, Police Station Bijhama received information that an unidentified person was lying unconscious near Bela Reshiwari bridge Uri along the roadside.
