Srinagar, Aug. 7 -- Srinagar- Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti on Friday alleged that she and her daughter Iltija Mufti were being targeted for raising their voice on Article 370 and urged party workers to continue the "peaceful and democratic" struggle for the resolution of the Kashmir issue, even if they were jailed.

Her remarks came a day after an FIR was registered against the mother-daughter duo at Kothibagh Police Station over allegations of assaulting an on-duty police officer during a protest in Srinagar. Iltija Mufti was also summoned by police for questioning on Friday.
