Srinagar, Sept. 18 -- Srinagar- The body of a 29-year-old man was found in a field in Maharajpur village of Ramgarh area in Samba district on Friday, officials said.

An official said that locals noticed the body lying in the field and informed the police.

He said a police team reached the spot and initiated an investigation into the incident. The deceased was identified as Vicky Choudhary (29), a resident of Maharajpur.

Meanwhile, police have taken up the investigation and further details are awaited.-(KNO)
