Srinagar, April 24 -- Jammu- Lieutenant GovernorManoj Sinhaon Friday chaired a high-level meeting of theJammu Kashmir Higher Education Councilat Lok Bhavan, outlining a reform-driven roadmap to transform the Union Territory's higher education sector.

The Council deliberated on a range of measures aimed at holistic development, with key focus on the implementation of the 'Design Your Degree' (DYD) programme, integration of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence into academic curricula, and strategies to promote entrepreneurship and knowledge-based skills aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat.
