Srinagar, Sept. 17 -- Srinagar- New JK United FC defeated Aqua Kashmir Avengers FC 2-1 in the Kashmir Super League (KSL) Season 2 on Wednesday, securing three points and a place in the next round of the competition.

The match saw both sides create attacking opportunities, with New JK United FC managing to convert theirs and hold on to the lead despite a determined effort from Aqua Kashmir Avengers FC.

With the league-stage fixtures now completed, Athwas Hyundai XI FC finished at the top of the standings, followed by New JK United FC in second place and Aqua Kashmir Avengers FC in third.

All three teams have qualified for the next round of KSL-26.
