Srinagar, Aug. 19 -- Srinagar- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday discussed the situation in the Union Territory with visiting US Ambassador Sergio Gor, while reiterating that the resolution of Jammu and Kashmir's internal issues lies with the central government and not Washington.

The meeting came after Abdullah had made it clear earlier in the day that while he was willing to discuss the prevailing situation in Jammu and Kashmir with the American envoy, he would neither "complain" about his country nor seek solutions to the region's grievances from a foreign representative.
