Srinagar, April 18 -- Srinagar- The Bench strength of J&K and Ladakh High Court is all set to increase soon as collegium headed by Chief Justice Arun Palli has recommended 11 names to fill vacant posts of the Judges.

The recommendations include 10 candidates from the Bar and one from the judicial service. While all 11 may not be elevated, a significant number are expected to make it to the Bench, thereby boosting the judges' strength in the near future.

The proposed names from the Bar include Vishal Sharma, Namgyal Wangchuk, Jahangir Iqbal Ganai, Pawan Kumar Kundal, Tahir Majid Shamshi, Tabasum Zafar, Anupam Raina, Vikram Kumar Sharma, Amit Gupta, and Pranav Kohli. Senior judicial officer Yash Paul Bourney, currently a member of the J&K...
