Srinagar, April 10 -- Srinagar- The High Court of J&K and Ladakh has directed Jammu and Kashmir Medical Supplies Corporation Limited (JKMSCL) to file a detailed affidavit specifying the supplies made to Government Medical College (GMC), Srinagar during the financial year 2025-26.

Hearing a Public Interest Litigation (PIL), a Division Bench of Chief Justice Arun Palli and Justice Rajnesh Oswal directed JKMSCL to file the affidavit by April 29.

The PIL seeks direction upon the authorities to immediately ensure uninterrupted availability and supply of anti-haemophilic drugs and essential clotting factor concentrates to Government Medical College, Srinagar and all other designated treatment centers across the Jammu & Kashmir
