Srinagar, Aug. 27 -- Srinagar- The High Court of J&K and Ladakh has directed the authorities to take a definitive decision regarding the stalled recruitment process for posts advertised by the Khadi and Village Industries Board (KVIB) in 2016, either by completing the selection or taking appropriate action following an inquiry.

A bench of Justice Sanjay Dhar passed the directions while disposing of a petition filed by Mahboob Ali Mir and eight others, who had challenged Government Order No. 127-IND of 2019 dated June 28, 2019, cancelling all selections made pursuant to Advertisement Notice No. KVIB/01 of 2016.
