J&K Govt Orders Probe Against Former LCMA Assistant Engineer
Srinagar, Sept. 4 -- Srinagar- The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered a departmental inquiry into charges against Amir Farooq Kuttay, Assistant Engineer, who was formerly posted with the Lake Conservation and Management Authority (LCMA).
According to Government Order No. 185-JK(HUD) of 2026, issued by the Housing and Urban Development Department on September 3, Shabir Hussain Bhat, JKAS, Vice Chairman of the Srinagar Development Authority, has been appointed as the Inquiry Officer to inquire into the charges levelled against Kuttay.
The order has been issued under Rule 33 of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956.
