Srinagar, June 16 -- Srinagar- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday emphasized the need for large-scale housing projects and sustainable urban planning to address Srinagar's growing infrastructure needs while chairing the 84th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Srinagar Development Authority (SDA) at the Civil Secretariat.

The meeting reviewed the implementation status of decisions taken during the previous board meeting and discussed a range of issues related to urban infrastructure development, housing, land management, organizational reforms and execution of various projects by the Authority.
