Srinagar, June 30 -- Srinagar- The High Court of J&K and Ladakh has quashed the preventive detention of five persons under the Jammu & Kashmir Public Safety Act (PSA) and ordered their release from their custody.

In one of the cases, the Court quashed the detention order as the authorities failed to produce the complete detention record, including the latest order extending his detention.
