Srinagar, July 25 -- Srinagar- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Kashmir, of the Crime Branch has chargesheeted a man accused of duping a Kashmiri youth with a fake overseas job offer and sending him to Cambodia, where he was allegedly forced into online scam operations.

According to an official statement, the chargesheet was filed in FIR No. 19/2026 under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) against Mohd Yaseen Rather, son of Nisar Ahmad Rather, a resident of Kripalpora Payeen, Pattan, before the Court of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class after completion of the investigation.
