Srinagar, July 2 -- Srinagar- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of the Crime Branch J&K has filed a chargesheet against four persons for allegedly securing government jobs in the Health Department using fake and forged educational certificates, officials said on Thursday.

The chargesheet was filed before the Court of Forest Magistrate, Srinagar in connection with FIR No. 16/2014 registered under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC).

The accused have been identified as Shuja Jeelani of Chanapora, Srinagar; Mohammad Iqbal of Lal Nagar, Chanapora; Nisar Ahmad Wani of Malwari, Pulwama; and Riyaz Ahmad Shah of Midoora, Awantipora.
