Srinagar, April 21 -- Srinagar- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday flagged off seven ambulances and a range of healthcare equipment from the Civil Secretariat here for distribution across multiple districts of Jammu and Kashmir under a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.The support has been provided by Jammu and Kashmir State Power Development Corporation as part of its outreach to strengthen public healthcare infrastructure.
The ambulances, costing Rs.144.73 lakh, will be deployed across districts to improve emergency response, particularly in underserved areas.
