Srinagar, April 11 -- Srinagar- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday congratulated Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir for achieving a significant breakthrough in morel mushroom research, describing it as a major step towards strengthening scientific innovation and rural livelihoods.
