Srinagar, Aug. 5 -- Srinagar- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday said the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A in 2019 marked a "decisive new chapter" in the journey of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, asserting that the two Union Territories have witnessed wide-ranging transformation over the past seven years.

Marking the seventh anniversary of the Centre's decision to revoke the special constitutional status of the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir, Modi said infrastructure had expanded and opportunities in education, healthcare, entrepreneurship and sports had grown significantly.
