Srinagar, April 17 -- Srinagar- Police across several districts of Kashmir on Friday intensified awareness and enforcement activities under the ongoing 100-day "Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyan," with major programmes held in Shopian, Budgam, Sopore and Ganderbal to combat drug abuse and promote a drug-free society.
In Shopian, police launched a sticker campaign under the supervision of the Senior Superintendent of Police, beginning from the Clock Tower. Awareness stickers carrying messages such as "Say No to Drugs" were pasted on vehicles and at prominent public places. The campaign witnessed participation from senior police officers, civil society members and local residents, reflecting a collective stand against substance abuse.
