Srinagar, April 23 -- Srinagar- Inspector General of Police (Kashmir Zone) V K Birdi on Thursday chaired a high-level coordination meeting with Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) to review security and logistical arrangements for the upcoming Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra, scheduled to begin in the first week of July.

The meeting, held at the Police Control Room (PCR) Kashmir, was attended by senior officers from the police, Army, BSF, CRPF, ITBP, traffic, security and CID wings, as well as the Railway Police, officials said.
