Srinagar, June 25 -- Srinagar- The High Court of J&K and Ladakh has designated 15 advocates as Senior Advocates under Section 16(2) of the Advocates Act, 1961, in recognition of their standing, experience, and contribution to the legal profession.

The designation takes effect from May 22 subject to the provisions of the Advocates Act and the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh (Designation of Senior Advocates) Rules, 2025.

According to an order issued by Registrar General M.K. Sharma, the advocates designated as Senior Advocates are: Arifa Jan, Ajay K. Gandotra, Muzaffar Iqbal Khan, Rozina Afzal, Pran Nath Bhat, Abdul Rashid Malik, Monika Kohli, Adarsh Kumar Sharma, Mandeep Reen, Pawan Kumar (Kundal), Radha Sharma, Ajay Pal Singh, ...
