Srinagar, Aug. 17 -- Srinagar- With youth employment emerging as a key focus, Jammu and Kashmir has fast-tracked 23,000 government vacancies this year and set a target of establishing 1.35 lakh enterprise units under Mission Yuva to support over five lakh youth.

During his Independence Day speech at Baramulla, Cabinet Minister Javed Ahmad Dar, as per news agency KNO said the 23,000 vacancies have been forwarded to the concerned recruitment agencies.

He exuded hope that the recruitment process would be completed soon, while stressing that the process of filling government vacancies would continue.
