Srinagar, May 12 -- May 11 marks the first month of the 100-day Nasha Mukt Jammu and Kashmir drive. It was on April 11 when Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha launched the ambitious initiative to rid Jammu and Kashmir of drugs and substance use. It was not just any other initiative of the government. It directly touched the society as a whole. People owe it to LG Sinha for feeling their pain. Never in the last 35 years has any leader been able to mobilize people to such a scale for a social cause. Drugs are spreading among youth like a virus.
