Srinagar, May 3 -- Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Srinagar on Sunday said that over 30,000 people voluntarily participated in the anti-drug rally led by Lieutenant Governor at Lal Chowk, marking a significant step under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan.

Speaking to reporters after the culmination of the rally, SSP Sundeep said, "Under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, today's rally was organised in line with the vision of the Hon'ble LG Manoj Sinha."

"Nearly 30,000 people voluntarily participated, which reflects strong public support. Srinagar Police ensured comprehensive and foolproof security arrangements for the event," SSP G.V Sundeep said.
