Srinagar, April 22 -- The Meteorological Centre Srinagar on Wednesday said Jammu and Kashmir is likely to remain largely dry till the end of April, with only isolated brief spells of rain and thundershowers on select dates.
Director of the MeT Centre Srinagar, Dr Mukhtar Ahmad, said no major weather activity is expected in the Union Territory till the month-end, barring short spells around April 24-25 and April 29-30.
He said the weather will remain generally dry on April 22-23, though light rain may occur at a few places towards late afternoon.
