Srinagar, May 10 -- Lauding Jammu and Kashmir Police for its achievements in counter-terrorism and internal security over the past five to six years, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday said it's not just a security force but a symbol of people's trust and sacrifice.
