India, March 20 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday extended his heartiest greetings to the people on the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr, which will be celebrated tomorrow.
In his message, the Lieutenant Governor said that Eid-ul-Fitr marks the culmination of the holy month of Ramzan and holds deep spiritual and social significance.
He said the festival embodies the spirit of sacrifice, compassion, and sharing, and urged people to recommit themselves to the service of humanity, particularly in uplifting the poor and the needy.
The Lieutenant Governor expressed hope that the auspicious occasion would usher in peace, prosperity, and happiness for all.
