Jammu, April 25 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday said the fight against drug abuse in Jammu and Kashmir cannot be won by law enforcement alone and requires collective societal effort, as he addressed a gathering in Samba under the ongoing 100-day anti-drug campaign.

LG Sinha said the campaign aims to make every panchayat drug-free and ensure police stations are free of drug traffickers, adding that its success will be judged by measurable outcomes such as rehabilitation, prosecution of smugglers and seizure of contraband.
