New Delhi, Aug. 23 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday said India's journey towards becoming a developed nation must be inclusive, rooted in tradition yet forward-looking, and balanced between technological strength and human sensitivity.

He was addressing the World Wisdom Forum organised by the IIT Alumni Council in New Delhi, where he also felicitated achievers from diverse sectors.
