India, Feb. 11 -- Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, today chaired a high-level meeting of senior officers to deliberate upon and give shape to a robust mechanism for rehabilitation and reintegration of drug abuse victims across the districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
