Srinagar, Nov. 7 -- The Meteorological Department has issued the weather forecast for Jammu and Kashmir for the next week.

An official of MeT told that mainly dry weather is expected from 7 to 9 November.

A spell of light rain and light snow over higher reaches is likely at scattered places towards the evening of 10 November. It will continue on 11 November.

A spell of light to moderate rain and light to moderate snow over higher reaches is likely at many places towards evening on 12 and 13 November.

Partly cloudy weather is expected on 14 and 15 November.

People, especially those travelling to higher reaches, have been advised to stay updated with the latest weather advisories.
