Srinagar, April 28 -- Describing Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan as a true friend and sympathiser of Jammu and Kashmir, the launch of PMGSY-IV (Batch-II) at SKICC Srinagar witnessed a strong political message on rural connectivity and Centre-UT cooperation, with Chief Minister Omar Abdullah also referring to him as "mama," a popular public tag associated with him in Madhya Pradesh.

Welcoming the Union Minister, CM Omar said Chouhan had repeatedly supported Jammu and Kashmir in the last one and a half years of the elected government.
