Srinagar, Sept. 5 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government has appointed 25 JKAS officers as Liaison Officers with visiting VVIPs and dignitaries in connection with the 1st International Film Festival of Jammu & Kashmir, scheduled to be held from September 7 to 10, 2026.

The order has been issued vide Circular No. 01-JK(GAD) of 2026, dated January 7, 2026, and signed by Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, M. Raju, IAS, as per Government Order No. 1483-JK(GAD) of 2026, dated September 4, 2026, the appointments have been made on the basis of a reference received from the Directorate of Information, J&K.
