Nigeria, July 2 -- A member of the House of Representatives, Yusuf Gagdi, has acknowledged that President Bola Tinubu's administration has not completely overcome Nigeria's security challenges, but insisted that the government's efforts to tackle insecurity should be recognised.

Gagdi, who represents the Pankshin/Kanam/Kanke Federal Constituency of Plateau State, made the remarks on Tuesday during an appearance on Politics Today, a Channels Television programme.

According to him, it would be inaccurate to suggest that the Tinubu administration has made no attempt to address the country's security crisis.
