Nigeria, Sept. 4 -- The member representing Ilorin West/Asa Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Muktar Tolani Shagaya, has concluded a two-day intensive hairdressing training programme for selected beneficiaries across the constituency.

The programme, aimed at promoting self-reliance and economic empowerment, equipped participants with modern hairdressing skills, professional tools and equipment, as well as start-up capital to enable them establish and sustain their businesses.

The initiative was implemented in collaboration with the National Centre for Agricultural Mechanisation (NCAM) and Mai Concepts Technology.
