Nigeria, Sept. 23 -- The 2026 edition of the Olododo Ilorin East and South Table Tennis Championship has ended with Jimoh Taiye Hassan of Gambari Ward II emerging as the winner of the competition.

The grand finale of the championship was held on Wednesday at the forecourt of the Balogun Fulani of Ilorin Emirate in Ilorin South Local Government Area of Kwara State.

Hassan was presented with a cash prize of N50,000 alongside a certificate of participation after defeating his opponent in the final.

First Runner-up, AbdulHameed Hassan from Magaji Aare Ward II and Second Runner-ups, Ibrahim Kehinde from Ibagun Ward also received cash prizes and certificates of participation.
